Reservation, Security Deposit & Refund Policy

Reservation Policy

  • All reservations begin at the scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals, no-shows, or changes in the number of Jet Skis or ATVs reserved will NOT be refunded.

  • To reschedule or cancel, you must contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours in advance.

  • If we do not receive notice within 48 hours before, your reservation deposit will be forfeited (NO REFUNDS) and you will lose the ability to reschedule.

Same-Day Reservations

  • All same-day reservations are considered FINAL SALE.

  • By booking same-day, you acknowledge and agree to NO refunds, NO cancellations, and NO rescheduling, regardless of circumstances.

Weather Policy

  • In the case of severe weather, we will contact you via call, text, or email with the option to reschedule.

  • For passing showers, we may wait up to 15 minutes and proceed once the rain stops.

  • All weather decisions are based on conditions in our area.

    • Rain or cloudy skies in other locations do not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.

    • In such cases, our standard cancellation policy applies.

Security Deposit Policy

  • All rentals are subject to a mandatory $800 CAD security deposit, held on your credit card on the day of your reservation.

  • In the event of an incident or accident, Yellow Jet reserves the right to retain the deposit until the value of the damage or loss is determined.

  • All capsizes are considered incidents and are subject to a minimum charge of $250 CAD.

  • All scratches on rented equipment are subject to a minimum charge of $200 CAD, which may increase based on the length and depth of the damage.

  • Abuse, lack of caution, or violation of navigation and traffic regulations while operating rented equipment will also be treated as an incident, with a minimum charge of $200 CAD, which may increase depending on the severity of the violation.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you by email with an approval or denial decision.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
